Digital reports are non-refundable
MOTVerdict reports are digital products that are generated instantly and personalised to the vehicle registration plate you provide. As soon as payment is confirmed, the report is created and delivered to you. For this reason, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds.
When a report cannot be generated
If payment is taken but we are unable to produce a report due to a technical failure on our side, we will either retry generation or issue a refund at our discretion. If you believe this applies to you, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Duplicate charges
If you accidentally pay twice for the same registration plate, contact us with the payment details and we will refund the duplicate charge.
