1. About the service
MOTVerdict provides an AI-generated analysis of a UK vehicle's MOT history based on the registration plate you supply. Each report costs £5 and is generated after payment is confirmed.
2. What you receive
You will receive a digital report containing a verdict, summary points, mileage analysis, red flags, strengths, questions to ask the seller, and an estimated value range. The report is for informational purposes only.
3. Not professional advice
MOTVerdict is not a substitute for a professional mechanical inspection, an HPI check, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of official MOT data or the future condition of any vehicle.
4. Payments
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. By purchasing a report you agree to pay the stated price. All charges are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
5. Refunds
Reports are generated instantly once payment is confirmed. Because the product is digital and created on demand, reports are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable use
You may use MOTVerdict only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, access another user's report without permission, or use automated tools to scrape the site.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change the service from time to time. If you continue to use MOTVerdict after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
